U.S. Supreme Court Decision is a Victory for Consumer Protection

In Cuomo v. The Clearing House Association, LLC, the U. S. Supreme Court upheld the New York Attorney General's right to bring enforcement actions against national banks for violations of state law. The North American Securities Administrators Association issues a statement that the decision by the U.S. Supreme Court is a victor for consumer protection.
