Public Hearing for Proposed Rules

The Arkansas Securities Department will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 11, 2011, at 10:00 a.m. in the Fourth Floor Hearing Room of the Department. The public hearing will be conducted for the purpose of accepting public comment on the Rules of the Arkansas Securities Commissioner, the Rules of the Fair Mortgage Lending Act, and the Money Services Rules.
