Proposed Rules
The Arkansas Securities Department has amended the proposed Fair Mortgage Lending Rules. As of November 13, 2009, the amended post comment period Rules have been filed with the Bureau of Legislative Research for review. A copy of the proposed Rules, dated November 13, 2009, are available here.
After holding a public hearing on Monday, October 12, 2009, the Arkansas Securities Department has filed the proposed Fair Mortgage Lending Rules with the Bureau of Legislative Research for review. A copy of the proposed Rules that were filed for review are available here.
