Courses approved by NMLS and offered by providers approved by NMLS will be accepted by the Department as complying with the continuing education requirement set forth in the Rules under the Fair Mortgage Lending Act. Information on these courses and providers are available on the NMLS website. Please provide documentation of continuing education hours directly to the Department.
